The strategic agreement – announced at SHOT Show in Las Vegas – combines the ISGW’s global sporting/outdoor might and Leupold’s 118-year-old tradition as the leader in precision optics.
The ISGW alliance unites four of the world’s biggest wholesalers - NIOA, Helmut Hofmann, Viking Arms and Outdoor Investment Holdings/Formalito.
Collectively they represent and distribute more than 125 firearms, optics and ammunition brands.
