Geolocation tracking data is personal information.

Personal information includes ‘sensitive information’ which means information or an opinion that relates to an individual’s racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious beliefs or affiliations, philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation or practices, criminal record, health, genetic, genomic and biometric information. Sensitive information can be inferred from other information which does not otherwise meet the definition of sensitive information.
